Top tip for swimming in the winter....

Sing as you swim, it really takes your mind off the cold water. As we are in December we will be singing Christmas songs for a while. 

We were all a little nervous as the temp of the water was 9.1 degrees but
Doing a massive happy dance for one of my 1:1 clients. She’s given me this amazing testimonial and I couldn’t be more proud of her ❤️
