This 2 night retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. Set in the peaceful Somerset countryside, our weekend together is all about slowing down, nourishing your body and mind, and creating space for reflection and creativity.

Across three days, you’ll enjoy a beautiful balance of rest and reconnection. There will be time to swim, soak in the hot tub, and experience the woodland sauna, alongside gentle walks in nature that allow you to fully switch off and recharge.

Guided journaling and meditation sessions will help you reflect on where you are in life and open up space for what you want more of. We’ll also gather for a creative workshop, an activity designed to help you slow down and rediscover your sense of joy. In the evenings, we’ll share nourishing meals, laughter, and heartfelt conversations in the calming setting of the woods.

For those unable to join the full weekend, there is also an option to attend as a day guest on Saturday, so you can enjoy the journaling, creative workshop, and relaxation time.

Sunday offers a slower, grounding morning with time for rest, a mindful walk, and a gentle reflection practice to carry your retreat experience forward.

This retreat is designed to leave you feeling rested, supported, and renewed — a much-needed pause that allows you to return home with greater clarity, calm, and presence.

  • A guided session to explore the key areas of your life, reflect on where you are and set intentions for what you want to focus on in the months ahead.

  • A guided practice to help you quiet your mind, release tension and connect with the present moment. The meditation’s help reflection, inner calm and setting mindful intentions.

  • A chance to tap into your creativity and let your mind wander. The specific activity will be confirmed closer to the retreat, but it’s designed to be relaxing, playful, and restorative — a perfect way to slow down and reconnect with your inner joy.

  • Indulge in ultimate relaxation with a swim in the heated pool, a soak in the hot tub, or a peaceful session in the sauna followed by a refreshing cold bucket shower.

    Let the warm waters and soothing heat melt away tension, detoxify your body, and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and at peace with yourself.

  • Reconnect with the grounding energy of nature on a mindful walk through beautiful surroundings. As you move through the natural landscape, you'll clear your mind, breathe deeply, and draw inspiration from the peaceful environment around you.

    The walks offer the perfect opportunity to center yourself, reflect and find a sense of calm in nature.

Meet Lisa

I’m Lisa, a Confidence & Wellbeing Coach, and I’ve been running retreats for a few years now. I absolutely love holding space for women to switch off, take time for themselves and meet like-minded women in a supportive setting. Watching them put themselves first, relax and leave feeling lighter and more empowered is truly amazing. My passion is creating spaces where women can nurture their confidence and return to everyday life feeling refreshed and inspired.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes - if you would prefer to pay in instalments, I offer a payment plan. Contact me for more info.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely! You can either share a room with someone else or book a room exclusively for yourself.

Do I have to take part in all activities?

You are very welcome to take part in only the activities that you feel comfortable with.

What’s not included?

Any travel to and from the retreat. Alcohol is not included - you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine for the evening meal, but please be mindful that these are wellbeing retreats, not boozy weekends.

What should I pack?

Each guest will be sent a welcome pack which will include some useful items to bring along.

What is your cancellation policy?

The £200 deposit for weekenders and £50 for day guests is non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel before 91 days before the start date of the retreat, you will be refunded minus your deposit.

If you wish cancel your booking less than 91 days prior to the scheduled retreat start date (or if you fail to show up), you will not be entitled to any refund. Please read the Terms & Conditions.

We recommend you have travel insurance to cover yourself for cancellations.
